• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously improve website user experience and conversion rates by implementing A/B testing, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing landing pages.
• Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, retargeting, and social media ads, while closely monitoring budget allocation and performance metrics.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Propose and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital marketing software and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
