The Government of Nova Scotia is seeking a Digital Investment Lead to assess digital health investments and guide impact decisions. This role requires a bachelor's degree and significant experience in stakeholder engagement and project management. About Our Opportunity
As a valued member of the System Integration Digital Health team, reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy & Governance, this position is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the digital investments made within the Nova Scotia Health System and assessing the benefits and returns on these investments to guide digital health impact and investment decisions in Nova Scotia.

Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree plus six years of progressive experience in a related field. An acceptable equivalent combination of training or experience may be considered.

Additionally, strong skills in Microsoft OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a willingness to learn new programs are required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for correspondence management is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills and high competence in written and verbal communication are essential. Due to the sensitive and political nature of decisions and recommendations, sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality are critical. The ability to prioritize and respond effectively to high volumes of work is also necessary.
