Job description

The mission of the Loyalty department is to create a deeper connection with our clients, inspiring their affinity and establishing enduring relationships.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Loyalty team is expanding accordingly. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for maximizing our clients' affinity for Aritzia. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering the loyalty strategy and program, collaborating cross-functionally to create personalized, Everyday Luxury experiences across all loyalty touchpoints. With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your team members to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia while enjoying one yourself.

THE ROLE

As the Head of Loyalty, you will lead the team to :

  • Create a scalable and effective Loyalty program aligned with Aritzia's strategic objectives, focusing on enhancing the client experience and motivating purchasing behavior through :
  • Strategic Sales Incentives and Promotions
  • Communications & Messaging
  • Direct teams to deliver elevated client experiences across all relevant loyalty touchpoints and channels, increasing engagement and brand affinity while ensuring cohesion throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Analytics teams to build seamless, scalable platforms and management systems to effectively manage and measure program performance, driving long-term client retention and value.
  • Establish success metrics for the Loyalty program and lead financial modeling, planning, reporting, and analysis for both the initial buildout and ongoing operations.
  • Partner with Business Support teams to oversee the department's daily functions, achieve corporate and departmental objectives, and foster career development and a positive employee experience.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Head of Loyalty should possess :

  • Proven, best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education, and / or experience in consulting, strategy, finance, or general business management, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • A commitment to learning, applying, championing, and enriching Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles.
  • Strategic collaboration skills with cross-functional partners to achieve shared business outcomes.
  • The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team with a compelling strategy.
  • A dedication to quality, results, and exploring new opportunities that add value.
  • A deep understanding and commitment to the industry in which we operate.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 CAD annually. The final salary will depend on factors such as experience and qualifications. The role may also include bonuses and equity.
