Arc'teryx in North Vancouver is seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to drive digital projects from concept to delivery across the business. You will leverage research tools, analytics, and guest feedback to identify friction in the site experience and recommend UX enhancements.
You will lead UX copywriting, collaborate with localization, and work with UX, Guest Services, and development teams to deliver compelling, localized digital experiences and content updates.

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in managing digital experience projects from initial concept through to delivery across the business. Leveraging research tools, analytics, and guest feedback, you will identify points of friction in the site experience and recommend enhancements to the UX design team. You will collaborate with Guest Services, UX, Localization, and Business teams, contributing to the design process through various stages. Additionally, you will oversee the UX copywriting process and create workflows to effectively support our design and development teams.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Please note this is a temporary fixed term position, until June 15, 2028.
The Digital Experience team works cross-functionally across the business to deliver new and improved digital experiences for Arc'teryx branded sites and apps. We create new experiences as well as maintain and improve existing experiences, always considering how our work relates to other channels while using consumer trends, business objectives, and data to direct our thinking and decision-making.
The salary range for this role is: CAD$71,000 - CAD$93,000

This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
