Our client, one of the big 6 banks in Canada, is hiring Digital Enrolment Specialists to help support their corporate office located in the downtown Montreal area.

Please note - this job is 100% in office. Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work in the downtown Montreal area every day in office.

This job is 100% English Only - there is no bilingual requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Enrolment Agent, you will play a key role in supporting clients through the onboarding and digital integration process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Onboarding Support: Guide clients through the configuration of their online banking interface, ensuring a smooth and personalized setup experience.
  • Virtual Consultations: Conduct video conference sessions with clients to provide real-time assistance and answer questions related to digital enrolment.
  • Platform Configuration: Assist clients step-by-step in setting up and customizing their digital banking platform to meet their specific needs.
  • Migration Facilitation: Act as a trusted advisor during the transition to the new digital platform, helping clients navigate the change with confidence.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Serve as a positive and knowledgeable point of contact, ensuring a seamless and supportive onboarding journey.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with internal teams to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of the digital enrolment process.


Must Have Skills/Experience

  • Strong English Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
  • 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Strong Knowledge and Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Etc.)
