Job summary

RBC in Toronto is seeking a Digital Engagement Specialist to build and deliver digital outputs powering the Security Behaviors program. You will manage day-to-day operations for campaigns, simulations, and program documentation, translating strategy into polished deliverables.

You will develop HTML email campaigns, ensure brand-aligned rendering, design phishing simulations, configure templates, and support scheduling with the Product Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate communications, marketing, or security awareness role.
• 3+ years of experience with HTML_EMAIL development and responsive layouts.
• 3+ years of experience building or editing web content (landing pages).
• Experience managing a Confluence space or similar wiki/knowledge base platform.
• Experience with A/B testing and/or campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop HTML email campaigns and notifications for internal security awareness initiatives.
• Build emails to brand standards ensuring rendering compatibility.
• Design and execute targeted phishing simulation campaigns.
• Manage campaign deployment and scheduling logistics.
• Build and configure phishing simulation templates including lure copy, sender, and landing pages.
• Support simulation scheduling and deployment with the Product Manager.
• Maintain a template repository and ensure content stays current with threat trends.
• QA testing of simulations prior to launch.
• Own day-to-day administration of ML-assisted phishing reporting tool (Report Phishing).
• Contribute to training the ML model by reviewing reported emails and providing feedback to improve detection.
