Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual assets including logos, graphics, motion graphics, and UI elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
• Develop and maintain responsive websites utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Implement user-centered design principles through user research, usability testing, information architecture, and wireframing with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, and Axure.
• Optimize websites for SEO and web accessibility standards to ensure maximum visibility and usability.
• Manage website content updates and ongoing site maintenance on platforms like WordPress, or custom solutions.
• Integrate analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to monitor performance metrics and inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing campaigns including email marketing (Mailchimp), social media assets, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Write clean, efficient code while adhering to best practices in front-end development including AJAX, SCSS/SASS/LESS stylesheets.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience (UX/UI).
• Stay current with emerging trends in digital design and web development to continuously enhance project quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, motion graphics, branding, and web development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, InVision, Sketch.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (and frameworks like React or Angular).
• Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for performance tracking.
• Strong data analysis skills with experience in Python or related tools preferred.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp is a plus.
