Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Digital Delivery Analyst to support SAP Master Data governance across downstream operations. This role will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP master data configurations and participate in data governance activities within the downstream hydrocarbon value chain.

Responsibilities include coordinating SAP master data creation and maintenance, documenting business requirements, and supporting data quality and system

Qualifications

• Contribute to data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with established enterprise data standards.
• Support data quality, consistency, and integrity across SAP master data domains.
• Manage and prioritize requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support downstream operational processes and system integrations.

• Work with downstream business stakeholders to coordinate the creation, modification, maintenance, integration, and retirement of SAP Master Data and related data sets.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into SAP master data configurations.

Qualifications

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• 1-3 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience working with SAP Master Data, including one or more of the following:
• Plant
• Material Master (MM)
• Business Partner (BP)
• Trader and Scheduler Workbench (TSW)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TriplePoint, Trader Scheduler Workbench (TSW), Integrated Business Planner (IBP), or DTN TABS.
• Experience supporting Data Governance and Compliance initiatives.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing applications.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Trading, Midstream, or Pipeline sectors.
• Understanding of downstream hydrocarbon business processes and data flows.
