Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a Delivery Manager, Digital & Data to drive end-to-end delivery of digital and data initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams across Digital, Data Engineering, BI, and business stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery, clear status reporting, and risk mitigation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of experience in delivering technology or data initiatives in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data or related field.
• 6–8 years delivering technology, digital, or data initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong delivery frameworks knowledge (Agile/Scrum/Kanban and PMO methodologies).
• Experience with governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, and exec communications.
• Experience with digital platforms (eCommerce) and data/reporting initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery across digital and data initiatives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery with internal and external teams.
• Facilitate delivery planning and execution to support momentum.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.
