Overall Responsibilities

As a Strategic Partner Manager for our client in their Scaled Partnerships team, you’ll work at scale with some of the most vibrant and innovative creators on the platform in Canada. You will manage day-to-day operations with partners, field incoming requests, analyze data to identify growth opportunities, and support initiatives to grow the Canadian creator ecosystem. This dynamic, cross-functional role combines strategic and operational responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with platform creators in Canada at scale.
  • Share platform best practices, insights, and advise on new features, monetization, and policies.
  • Drive product adoption and optimization, supporting creators to grow viewership, revenue, and community.
  • Project manage initiatives like workshops and events to support creator growth.
  • Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Government Affairs, and Communications to deliver solutions.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years in account management, customer service, sales, or relevant fields.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and facilitation.
  • Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience in media, music, entertainment, or gaming industries, especially with platform content creation.
  • Knowledge of creator and gaming ecosystems in Canada.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and process improvement experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Track record in achieving product adoption and growth at scale.

The target compensation range is $60 to $72 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, and location.
