Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will provide digital counselling services for TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients in Alberta.
WSP includes programs designed to address mental health concerns in the workplace. TELUS Health's WSP offers early intervention into employee mental health issues that require solutions beyond short-term EAP support or as part of disability case management. These programs provide professional assessment and counselling to support an individual's return to healthy productivity, addressing issues requiring longer-term or more intensive care to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence, and disability.
