Role Overview

This is a 1-year contract role within Sonnet’s Digital Content team. You will create engaging content that educates, motivates, and drives engagement across digital channels to meet organizational goals and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Content Manager by executing content strategies, reporting on KPIs, ensuring content accessibility, and aligning with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Marketing, Development, Product, and Legal to produce targeted, SEO-optimized content, microcopy, and localized content for French-speaking audiences.
• Translate product features into user benefits and ensure content consistency and usability.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field with 2-4 years of content writing experience.
• Critical thinking, data-driven mindset, and excellent copywriting and editing skills.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush), CMS, and familiarity with UX and Content Design best practices.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow.
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset; insurance industry experience is a plus.

Salary range: $58,100 - $106,900. Actual salary may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience.
