Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Digital Content Specialist to join our Internal Agency, Customer Excellence. In this dynamic role, you will utilize tools content authoring tools such as eWizard or other creative tools (eg, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to design and integrate visually compelling content for brand teams, including digital sales aids, Veeva-approved and Salesforce Marketing Cloud emails, digital banners, and templated websites, while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Additionally, you'll manage graphic elements and the internal agency content library, support the oversight of freelancer deliverables, and serve as a subject matter expert on content authoring tools while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital visual content creation for Brand Teams according to brand guidelines - Veeva Approved Emails, Sales Force Marketing Cloud Mass e-mails, digital banners, and templated websites.
  • Oversee the internal agency content library within the content authoring tool, ensuring organized and accessible content storage.
  • Proof, edit and proactively review content to ensure accuracy and consistency with copy, images and product presentation while meeting established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to efficiently manage and organize assets.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to and implement user experience design efforts.
  • Act as the content authoring tool key subject matter expert.
  • Graphic design for project deliverables as required, including tasks such as designing presentations and integrating content into learning platforms or other digital tools.
  • Support the evaluation of work delivered by freelancers for quality and alignment with project deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Experience with content authoring tools/software for building digital content, e.g. email campaigns, web pages, Visual detail aid, using drag and drop tools
  • Knowledge of eWizard an asset.
  • Knowledge of Veeva Promo Mats an asset.
  • Knowledge of Sales Force Marketing Cloud or any similar email campaign tools is an asset (mass email campaign deployment)
  • Knowledge of UX design principles an asset.

Education/Experience Required:

  • College level degree such as graphic design, content marketing, user experience design or any related field.
  • Two (2) years relevant digital content marketing experience
  • Two (2) years Experience in design and development of Multi-Channel campaigns is an asset
  • Pharma experience preferred (not required)

Essential skills & abilities:

  • French and English language proficiency (oral and written).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • eWizard, photoshop and Adobe Illustrator experience an asset.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, user experience design, and multimedia design
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all client or team specifications are met and free of any errors.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep up with various client needs or team projects.
  • Strong eye for visual composition
  • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio
