Group Digital Change Lead
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Group Digital Change Lead to help drive meaningful digital transformation across an established construction and smart building group. This is not just a technical delivery role or a pure strategy role - it sits in the middle.
You will be a trusted influencer with the credibility to engage leadership teams and the practical skills to design, build and deliver digital solutions that make a real difference. You’ll work across all departments to simplify processes, improve system use and drive better ways of working through Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
This role is central to modernising how the business operates and ensuring that digital-first thinking becomes part of everyday life.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the digital transformation programme across all departments
- Design and build smart, scalable solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and SharePoint Modern Sites
- Engage with senior leaders, department heads and site teams to understand real challenges and develop practical, people-first solutions
- Influence teams at all levels to adopt new ways of working and build digital-first thinking into the company’s culture
- Reduce manual processes, integrate core systems and improve reporting capabilities
- Ensure solutions meet governance and security requirements including ISO 27001, GDPR and Microsoft Entra SSO
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Influence
- Act as the trusted digital lead for the group
- Build strong working relationships with leadership and site teams
- Mentor a network of Digital Champions across different functions to support ongoing change
Solution Design & Delivery
- Design, develop and roll out smart solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Simplify workflows and reduce manual, repetitive tasks
- Support system integration across platforms like Dynamics 365, Procore, BrightHR, HubSpot and Freshdesk
- Build intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that make data easier to use
- Recommend smart, practical solutions that can scale with the business
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead structured change programmes to support digital adoption
- Deliver tailored, simple training to help people use new tools with confidence
- Work closely with users to gather feedback and make practical improvements
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure solutions meet security, SSO and compliance standards
- Track system usage, adoption rates and process improvements to show real value
What You’ll Need
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Good understanding of systems architecture, platform integration and automation
- Ability to engage and influence at all levels of a business, including non-technical users
- Experience working in operationally complex environments such as construction, engineering or facilities management is preferred
- Familiarity with governance and compliance standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR
- Problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
