Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Consultant - Whatfix / Userpilot
We are seeking an experienced Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Consultant with 3-5 years of expertise in implementing and optimizing Whatfix solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic technology professional who can bridge the gap between complex enterprise software and end-user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive digital adoption strategies using the Whatfix platform
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client technology ecosystems to identify optimal implementation opportunities
- Create interactive, contextual guidance and training content within Whatfix
- Develop and implement custom workflows, tooltips, and interactive walkthroughs for various enterprise applications
- Perform detailed user experience (UX) assessments and create data-driven recommendations for software adoption
- Configure advanced Whatfix features, including analytics, segmentation, and personalized user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, training, and business units to ensure seamless digital transformation
- Generate detailed implementation reports and performance metrics
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Whatfix integrations
- Train internal teams and end-users on Whatfix platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience with Whatfix Digital Adoption Platform
- Proven track record of successful Whatfix implementations across multiple enterprise software platforms
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation
Technical Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Whatfix DAP
- Experience with enterprise software platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Understanding of web analytics and user behavior tracking
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Familiarity with SCORM standards
- Knowledge of change management principles
