Job summary

CBI Home Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve clients in the Newmarket region. You will deliver nutrition care to individuals at home and in community settings, ensuring person- and family-centered approaches while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include COD Ontario registration, travel within the community, and strong communication. English/French is an asset. The organization offers flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be registered in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario (COD).
• Familiarity with tube feeds is an asset.
• Commitment to person- and family-centered care.
• Demonstrates empathy, sound judgment and critical thinking in client decisions.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team; may work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the community as part of the Home Health team.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $90.24 - $93.80 per visit.

What you will need to be successful

• You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
