Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a qualified Dietary Aide to join our Food and Nutrition Department. You will help ensure residents receive nutritious, delicious meals prepared and served with love. If you're passionate about your work and improving residents' lives, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Handling food safely, including proper storage and labeling
• Assisting cooks with basic food preparation
• Serving meals according to guidelines and protocols
• Serving meals based on Resident diet orders
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas

Qualifications:

• Enrollment or completion of a College Level Food Service Worker Program, meeting Ontario Long-Term Care Homes Act requirements within 3 years
• Current Safe Food Handling Certificate
• A caring heart and passion for serving others
• Commitment to providing quality care in a long-term care setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
