Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide in Ontario to support residents' dietary needs and provide a pleasant dining experience. You will assist with setup, serving, and cleanup of meals, while maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

• Food Handler's Certificate is required.
• Enrolment or completion of Food Service Worker Training Program is required.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy items and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests in a professional manner.
• Assist with set up and preparation for service of meals and beverages.
• Set and clear dining tables and deliver tray service as required.
• Assist with dishware cleanup and maintain dining/kitchen cleanliness.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the dietary needs of our residents, ensuring they receive appealing meals in a welcoming atmosphere.As a Dietary Aide at AgeCare, reporting to the Director or Dietary Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
