The Role

We are seeking a Dietary Aide to support the nutritional and dining needs of our residents. You will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming mealtime experience while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, assemble, and serve food for regular and modified diets
  • Support dining room service: setup, meal delivery, clearing, and sanitization
  • Assist with kitchen cleanliness: wash dishes, mop floors, dispose of waste
  • Follow Alberta Health Services and Accommodation Standards
  • Comply with infection prevention and safety procedures (including WHMIS)
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture
  • Support emergency preparedness and respond calmly in crisis situations
