Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Provincial Red Seal/310T license.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting major components; OEM training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vehicle inspections and troubleshooting to determine repairs.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and repairs engines, transmissions, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Verifies serviceability and tests drive to ensure quality repairs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to shop policies.
• Documents work performed and discusses estimates with customers.
• Orders parts and manages supplies to keep the shop stocked.
• Follows attendance, timekeeping, and confidentiality policies.
• Keeps up to date with vehicle technology and factory training.
