Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline is required.

• 10+ years in mine operations with 5+ in senior leadership.
• Experience with large-scale diamond mining operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day mining operations, including production, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production and cost targets.
• Manage the mine's budget and allocate resources cost-effectively.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of mine supervisors and personnel.
• Liaise with regulators, community representatives, and senior management.
