Job summary

St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a Clinical Practice Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services for patients, including those with complex needs, and to lead coordination of care and discharge within the Renal Resource Team.

The role requires recent dialysis experience, CRNM registration, bilingual English/French, and a three-week orientation to the PD unit; work is in-person with day/evening/weekend shifts, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Recent dialysis experience required.
• CRNM registration/eligibility for registration required.
• Bilingualism (English/French) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including those with complex and unpredictable health needs.
• Coordinate patient care and discharge as part of the Renal Resource Team.
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and provide clinical leadership within the healthcare team.
• Support Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) unit orientation and training.
