About the Role:

Seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to strengthen security across our development lifecycle. This role demands hands-on expertise in DevOps and application security to drive secure, scalable, and efficient platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to support secure and efficient code delivery
• Implement and manage Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Apply SCA/SAST tools (e.g., not just Snyk, but broader static code analysis knowledge) to identify vulnerabilities in code dependencies
• Conduct and oversee DAST/IAST and Penetration Testing for runtime and interactive threat detection
• Manage and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS) across EC2, S3, RDS, and DynamoDB
• Ensure continuous security integration across build and release pipelines
• Collaborate with development teams to embed DevSecOps best practices
• Maintain documentation for security, infrastructure, and deployment processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Security Engineering (DevSecOps)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems
• Proficiency with SAST/SCA practices, beyond just tool usage (e.g., understanding principles behind code analysis)
• Experience with Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Solid understanding of application, network, and data security
• Scripting experience for automation and security integration

Certifications like AWS DevOps Engineer or CISSP
