Job summary

Hypertec is seeking a DevOps Technical Lead to join the IT-DevOps team in Montreal. You will provide technical leadership, design hybrid Azure/on‑prem infrastructure, and drive automation and CI/CD pipelines.

With 7+ years in DevOps/SRE and hands-on Azure AKS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD tools, you’ll mentor engineers, improve observability, and ensure secure, reliable deployments across GPU and AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Lead DevOps engineers, coordinate priorities and resolve challenges.
• Design, implement, and maintain hybrid Azure and on‑prem infrastructure with Kubernetes.
• Enhance provisioning, configuration management, and automation with Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy, and similar tools.
• Support release management and coordinate critical releases.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, perform root-cause analysis, and improve platform reliability.
