Job summary

TechDoQuest in Markham, Ontario seeks an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to define strategy, automation roadmap, and platform engineering practices. You will design and manage CI/CD pipelines across build, test, deployment, and release automation, and drive IaC initiatives.

You will mentor DevOps engineers, collaborate with product, QA, security, and infrastructure teams, and lead efforts to improve monitoring, incident response, security, compliance, and reliability across our cloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in DevOps/cloud/platform engineering.
• Experience leading DevOps teams or enterprise automation initiatives.
• Relevant AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications preferred.

Job description

Required Skills:

Hands on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Terraform/Ansible, and Bash or Python scripting.

Good understanding of networking, system administration, observability, and release management.

Strong problem solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Qualifications:
