What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, both self-hosted and cloud-based
- Implement and maintain infrastructure in cloud environments
- Manage Linux servers, web servers, and application servers
- Oversee configuration management using tools like Puppet and Ansible
- Troubleshoot and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Extensive experience with Linux and container orchestration using Kubernetes
- Experience with self-hosted Kubernetes clusters administration
- Familiarity with GCP or AWS cloud environments
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tooling and scripting languages like Python or Bash
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT professional certifications are a plus, such as Kubernetes (CKA, CKS), Google Cloud Platform or AWS, and HashiCorp (Terraform Associate, Vault Associate)
- Puppet or Ansible certifications
