Client: Ministry of Health

Period: 8 Months

Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day

Assignment Type: Hybrid

3 days in the office is required

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Expert Skills and Experience [50%]

3-5 years experience deploying and configuring serverless solutions using services offered by cloud providers (AWS or Azure). Thorough understanding of the Cloud Service Provider marketplace with the three big public cloud computing platforms, which are AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP. 3-5 years experience with OLAP and proven hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting the Business Intelligence and Business Analytics technical infrastructure. Strong development experience, delivery history, and breadth of language experience (Python, Shell scripts). Design, implement, and operationalize a highly available PaaS infrastructure on cloud provider instances utilizing various cloud products as applicable and ensure alignment with GO-ITS standards. 3-5 years experience in deploying container-based applications swiftly and consistently with container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience in Application programming interfaces (APIs) to enable different services and applications to interact with one another for data exchange in Cloud. Experience in Identity and access management as an essential cloud service to manage and configure it properly. Securing personally identifiable information stored in the cloud. Understand Cloud storage and provide recommendation based on a business's needs and the type and volume of its data. Experience in automation such as correctly implementing autoscaling configuring policies in cloud. Ability to design, build, deploy, maintain, and administer Linux-based servers and understand serverless computer. 8+ years of relevant experience in software in various computing platforms, database technology, communication protocols, middleware, and gateways.

Competent Skills and Experience [30%]

Knowledge of mainstream programming languages like Java, JavaScript and Python and the ability to write code to build, deploy and manage applications. Familiarity with SQL and data structure concepts, including data schemas. Experience in Network management to enable networking connectivity across resources across clouds, in multi-cloud deployments. Knowledge of DevOps for practice of integrating development and operations activities throughout the entire software development and application service lifecycle, including design, development, and production support. Analysis skills for assessment of existing technology solutions, stakeholder analysis etc., at a technical lead level. Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality patterns, best practices, and processes. Understanding data management with the different database types in Cloud. Experience with storing and manipulating data in the cloud using various types of storages (data lakes/file systems, relational database, no-SQL databases). Experience using tools such as JIRA, and Confluence. Experience using monitoring tools. Experience in negotiation with external Vendors and Internal IT and Data providers.

General Skills and Experience [20%]

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with client stakeholders to understand, interpret business requirements and its technical implications. Demonstrated ability to present technical solutions to client stakeholders, technical staff and to senior management. Demonstrated technical leadership to lead and direct a technical team during implementation. Certified Cloud computing and experience in OLAP is nice to have.
