Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on DevOps pipeline experience across CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain CIAM SaaS platform stability, availability, and performance.
• Manage CIAM platform changes, patches, upgrades, and configuration updates.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new business channels into the CIAM SaaS platform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for CIAM onboarding workflows.
• Automate lifecycle events such as onboarding, altering, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, and QA to ensure smooth integration.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization flows including MFA, SSO, and token management.
