Overview

BrainBoxAI utilise une technologie d’intelligence artificielle (IA) capable de s’adapter de manière automatique pour optimiser de façon proactive la consommation d’énergie des bâtiments. Notre moteur d’IA aide à alimenter un bâtiment qui fonctionne de manière autonome, sans intervention humaine. Grâce à l’apprentissage profond, à l’infonuagique et à notre procédé exclusif, notre solution optimise de manière autonome les systèmes de contrôle de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC) afin d’optimiser la consommation d’énergie.

BrainBox AI utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings. Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption.

What you will do

• Contribute to the maturation of our cloud infrastructure.
• Identify areas for automation and implement them.
• Proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks and coordinate remediation.
• Document infrastructure and runbooks for the support team.
• Support legacy systems.

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of AWS services (ECS, ECR, Parameter Store, API Gateway, ELB, S3, Lambda, Cognito, etc.) and AWS networking (subnets, route tables, transit gateway, Cloud WAN, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of Terraform (or similar IaC; we use Terraform).
• Excellent knowledge of Gitlab (or similar CI/CD platform).
• Strong knowledge and experience with Git (branching, merging, tagging, troubleshooting performance, etc.).
• Scripting experience with high-level programming languages (e.g., Python).
• Knowledge of production environment best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Adaptable, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Bilingual French and English required; candidates must have full professional proficiency in English to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS Organizations.
• Understanding of data sovereignty.
• Knowledge of database administration.
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux administration (Debian/Ubuntu).
• AWS certification.
