Langara College is seeking a Development Officer in Vancouver to drive donor relations, annual giving, and alumni engagement. You will advance fundraising campaigns, manage prospects, and partner with departments to align with the strategic plan and growth initiatives.

The role collaborates across the Foundation and College, supporting student scholarships, awards, and sponsorship opportunities while coordinating events and donor communications. Occasional evenings/work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in advancement or fundraising.
• Experience with donor CRM systems.
• Experience writing development proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop alumni relations and campus engagement plan.
• Lead alumni events and donor recognition.
• Manage prospect portfolio and gift solicitations.
• Coordinate scholarships, awards and donor reporting.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
