Are you passionate about making a difference in global health? Do you have a knack for engaging communities and inspiring donors? Amref is looking for a dedicated Development Officer to lead our Annual Fundraising plan. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you’ll play a key role in driving donor acquisition, retention, and engagement, also leading Amref's digital fundraising and database CRM. This position is perfect for someone with a strategic mind and a heart for philanthropy.

Amref Health Africa in Canada uses a hybrid work model (currently 2 days per week in office). Beyond standard office hours, the role requires flexible working hours to effectively coordinate with our global colleagues and may include occasional evenings or weekends and some travel.
