Job summary

Marcon in Vancouver is seeking a Full Lifecycle Project Management Lead to oversee development projects from budgeting through delivery. You will coordinate design, permitting, scheduling, and construction interface, working with internal teams and external consultants to align on scope and milestones.

The role requires 5–7 years in real estate development, strong PM and financial skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive real estate development experience.
• Strong project management, financial acumen, and communication skills.
• Developed knowledge of architectural and major building systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risk.
• Experience applying legal concepts and municipal policy to identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle development projects including budgets, schedules, design coordination, permitting, and delivery.
• Drive Stage Gate processes to secure approvals and progression.
• Develop and manage proformas, budgets, and cost reports with Finance.
• Manage relationships with architects, engineers, planners, and legal advisors.
• Coordinate with Construction team to align on-site work with design, budget, and schedule.

About The Role

• Full Lifecycle Project Management Lead all aspects of development projects—budgets, schedules, design coordination, permitting, construction interface, and delivery.
• Stage Gate Leadership Drive projects through internal stage gates, ensuring that all criteria are met for approval and advancing projects through the development lifecycle.
• Financial Accountability Develop and manage proformas, project budgets, and cost reports in collaboration with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Stakeholder & Consultant Management Manage relationships with internal and external teams, including architects, engineers, city planners, and legal advisors. Build strong relationships to drive alignment and execution.
• Construction Interface Work closely with Marcon’s Construction team to ensure on-site work aligns with design intent, budget, and schedule.

About You

• A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., real estate, business, planning, engineering).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in real estate development.
• Strong project management, financial acumen, and communication skills.
• Developed knowledge base of architectural and major building systems.
• Proven ability to achieve results, lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and navigate complexity.
• Experience applying legal concepts and municipal policy to identify risks and opportunities

The compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
