Job summary

Woodbridge Homes Ltd is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead all stages of the development process from land acquisition to completion in Vancouver. This full-time, on-site role requires travel to Lower Mainland sites.

Reporting to the Vice President of Development, you will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are on time and on budget, with strong emphasis on approvals, design, and permitting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a development setting.
• Solid understanding of development processes and approvals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-family and mixed-use development projects from design through approvals.
• Coordinate with VP of Development and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Navigate municipal approvals, permits, land title processes and design reviews.
• Manage acquisition due diligence and project budgets, schedules and reporting.
• Represent Woodbridge publicly at industry and community events.
