A leading company in real estate development is seeking a Development Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in the Montreal area. The successful candidate will manage technical studies, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and contribute to the creation of mixed-use master plans. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in civil engineering, and a commitment to client satisfaction and team collaboration.

The Associate (Infrastructure and Environment profile) is responsible for certain technical aspects of the development and implementation of large-scale mixed-use master plans, primarily in the Montreal metropolitan area, Ottawa region, and the Maritime provinces. The successful candidate must possess advanced technical expertise in civil engineering and environmental management related to real estate projects. The role mainly involves advising on the creation of master plans, obtaining relevant permits for land development, and overseeing various projects related to streets, infrastructure, public spaces, and landscaping. The Associate will also contribute to technical management aspects of infrastructure planning and environmental management across multiple active projects and conduct proactive site assessments for future developments. As part of the development team, the Associate will work closely with internal engineering and construction services, as well as external consultants and contractors.
