EA SPORTS Burnaby, BC is seeking a Development Manager for a 12-month, on-site hybrid role (3x per week). You’ll partner with Technical Artists to ensure timely delivery of tools, workflows, and content across EA SPORTS titles.
Lead planning, track milestones, dependencies, and risks; keep project plans, dashboards, and team documentation up to date; coordinate with production, engineering, and external partners to balance scope, quality, and schedules.

This is a 12‑month temporary position and requires on‑site (hybrid 3x per week) work from our Burnaby, B.C. studio. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.

Are you passionate about new technologies and pushing the boundaries of game development? EA SPORTS Technical Art is looking for a Development Manager to partner with our Technical Artists and support the successful delivery of tools, workflows, and content across EA SPORTS.
The Technical Art team is a central service team that supports multiple game development projects, each with different timelines, priorities, and delivery needs. In this role, you will help the team stay organized, follow project plans, track progress, identify risks, and support delivery across milestones.
