Job summary

SSA Group is partnering with an established Vancouver developer to identify a Development Manager for a new role on their team. The candidate will manage rezoning and DP/BP processes, coordinate consultants, and stay closely involved once construction starts.

The role includes coordinating RFIs, managing SIs on time, and helping the construction team assess change orders.

Qualifications

• 5 years in real estate development or related roles
• Experience with Metro Vancouver municipal approvals
• Hands-on coordination with consultants during construction

• Around 5 years in real estate development, ideally 2 as a Development Manager plus 2 to 3 as a Development Coordinator
• Metro Vancouver municipal approvals experience
• Hands on experience with consultants through construction: RFIs, SIs and change orders
• Hungry, resourceful, low ego and able to work independently
