The 401 Group is hiring an Automotive Detailer at our Tecumseh, Ontario location. You will be responsible for exterior and interior vehicle detailing, maintaining a showroom-ready finish, and supporting a fast-paced automotive service hub.

Key duties include cleaning exteriors and interiors, performing basic maintenance checks, and ensuring a clean, organized work area. Prior detailing experience and a valid G license are required; ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions is

Responsabilités

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior
• Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors and exteriors, incl. engine compartments
• Determine need for windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
• Perform basic maintenance checks under the hood and around the vehicle
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area with end-of-day cleanup
• Powerwash the floor to reduce dirt, as required
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Automotive Detailer to join our dynamic team! In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for making every vehicle look its absolute best—inside and out. Location: 1620 Sylvestre Dr, Tecumseh ON (Hyundai)

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am-5pm

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:

• Clean vehicle exteriors by hand, brush or washing equipment
• Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interior
• Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors (i.e., carpet and upholstery, dash and console, door panels, mirrors, glove compartment) and exteriors (i.e., wheels/tires/wheel wells, lower body panels, front grill/bumper), as well as cleaning engine compartments

• Determine need for and addas necessarywindshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
• Perform basic maintenance checks: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
• Maintain a clean and orderlyworkarea throughout the workday, ensuring a final clean up at the end of the day
• Powerwashthe floor, (to reduce the appearance of dirt) as required
• May be responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Work in accordance with daily production schedule
• Support all team members when required

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous detailing experience
• Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission
• Effective organization and multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail
