Job summary

Performance Auto Group in Ontario is seeking a meticulous automotive detailer to deliver high-quality cleaning, waxing, and interior conditioning for our vehicles.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year detailer experience preferred, valid Ontario driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. We offer health insurance, employee discounts, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive detailer experience is preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with good driving record.
• Experience in detailing vehicles using professional cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailing services that exceed customer’s needs.
• Adhere to processes and procedures while administering professional cleaning chemicals to surfaces.
• Advanced ability to operate automatic and manual vehicles as required.
• Execute the washing, waxing, and buffing of vehicles to company standards.
• Clean vehicle windows inside and out, while considering the proper cleaning products when tinting agents have been applied to windows.
• Initiate visual inspections of the interior and exterior of the vehicle after tasks to ensure standards.
• Organize cleaning tools and equipment to maintain a clean workstation.
• Work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
• Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.

What You Need To Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of automotive detailer experience is preferred.
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment while providing a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Experience in detailing vehicles using professional cleaning chemicals.
• Experienced in all aspects of vehicle reconditioning.
• Experience in buffing vehicles.
• Ability to utilize power tools while maintaining safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to perform multiple duties in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

Job Type:

Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage):

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
