Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Interest in automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience using cleaning products and tools including power washers.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail and prioritization.
• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting, standing long).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Detail interior and exterior of customer vehicles.
• Vacuum, deodorize, and wash vehicles.
• Ensure exterior is clean and smudge-free.
• Detail interiors: wipe dash, vacuum, and wash floor mats.
• Apply paint sealant.
• Clean and polish wheels and rims.
• Use hand-held tools to detail interiors and exteriors.
• Notify supervisor if parts require repair or replacement.
• Complete quality control checklist.
• Perform other repair duties as required.

Your area of focus.

The Service Department Detailer is responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to dealership standards, ensuring both the interior and exterior are in excellent condition for customer delivery. This role supports the service team by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety protocols while providing high-quality service.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Responsible for the detailing of interior and exterior of customer vehicles
• Perform general car detailing activities, including, vacuuming, deodorizing, and washing
• Ensure the exterior of cars are clean and smudge free
• Detailing interiors, wiping dash, vacuuming, and washing floor mats
• Apply paint sealant
• Clean and polish wheels and rims
• Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior and exterior of cars
• Notify supervisor or appropriate technician when you notice parts of car that require repair or replacement
• Complete quality control checklist
• Perform other repair duties as required

What Are The Must-haves…

• High school diploma or GED
• Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers is an asset
• Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and using power tools and hand-held equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• You must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $23 – $25 Hourly — Plus bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience. This position will also be eligible to participate in the Company's annual cash bonus program, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
