Job summary

Cam Clark Auto Group seeks a Detailer for Cam Clark Ford in Olds, AB. The role reports to the Service Manager and focuses on delivering high-quality interior and exterior detailing to customers.

Responsibilities include cleaning, operating equipment, maintaining appearance, and documenting vehicle condition. Training is available for the right candidate who shows attention to detail and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• Prior detailing experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands including walking, crouching, bending and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors per company standards and client requests.
• Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums and other equipment to meet service expectations.
• Use cleaning, protective and restorative agents to maintain vehicle appearance.
• Perform inspections and keep accurate records of vehicle condition.
• Move and park vehicles, and deliver vehicles to correct locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

In the position of Detailer reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality automotive cleaning services to our customers.

What you will be accountable for:

• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
• Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition
• Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations
• Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
• Prior detailing experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right person for our team.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
