Job summary

Cam Clark Automotive Group in Airdrie, AB is seeking a Detailer for Cam Clark Ford. You will clean vehicle interiors and exteriors and help maintain our high standards of appearance and vehicle condition.

Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the role requires attention to detail, good communication, and physical stamina to stand, bend, and walk during shifts. We offer training for the right candidate and opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding automotive group across western Canada and

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean abstract.
• Detailing experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client requests.
• Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
• Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance vehicle appearance.
• Perform inspections and keep complete records of the vehicle’s condition.
• Move and park vehicles, deliver vehicles to correct locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

In the position of Detailer reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality automotive cleaning services to our customers.

What you will be accountable for:

• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests
• Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations
• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition
• Moving and parking vehicles, delivering vehicles to correct locations
• Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract.
• Prior detailing experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right person for our team.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
