Qualifications

• Past cleaning experience preferred, to maintain standards and safety.
• Attention to detail is essential for consistent cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff.
• Ability to respond effectively to changing demands and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Is adaptable to customer needs.
• Maintains all assigned areas and corridors in a clean, sanitary manner in line with safety policies.
• Inspects and follows cleaning guidelines to determine techniques.
• Uses housekeeping equipment and solutions safely and efficiently as directed by supervisor.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies as required.
• Disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials using universal precautions.
• Keeps cart stocked with equipment and supplies; ensures chemicals are labeled and equipment works.
• Promotes professional conduct and good interpersonal relations.
• Supports productivity and efficient operations within the department.
• Participates in training commitments and professional development.
