Qualifications

• Past cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Keeps all assigned areas and corridors clean, neat and sanitary to protect safety and health.
• Inspects and uses judgment in selecting cleaning techniques per orientation guidelines.
• Demonstrates safe, efficient use of housekeeping equipment and solutions as observed by supervisor.
• Disinfects and sterilizes equipment and supplies as needed.
• Diligently uses universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
• Keeps cart stocked with equipment and supplies; ensures chemicals are labeled and equipment works.
• Promotes professional interpersonal relationships and conducts themselves professionally.
• Assists in improving productivity and efficiency of the department.
• Adheres to training commitments and pursues professional growth.
