Summit Property Care in Golden, BC is seeking a reliable Cleaner for permanent, full-time work. The role requires a self-disciplined, friendly individual with strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work day and weekend shifts.

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 CAD per hour, with 30 to 40 hours per week. The position requires a valid driver’s license and offers mileage compensation as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• No formal education requirements.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• Punctual, dependable and organized.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpets.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute towels and toiletries; stock linen closet.
• Clean bathrooms and kitchen fixtures; disinfect and polish.
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas.
• Report lost and found items; provide basic facility information.
• Remove debris and empty trash cans.
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings; clean changing rooms and showers.
