Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a PC Support Technician to join our client in the HCM space. The role involves desk-side support for laptops, desktops, and printers, and setup of devices for new users, all for onsite associates in Montreal, QC. You must be fully bilingual (French/English).

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of L1/L2 tech support experience, hands-on hardware setup, and familiarity with ticketing systems. ServiceNow experience is a plus, and reliability is highly valued.
