Responsibilities
  1. Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  2. Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems.
  3. Support and maintain user account information, including rights, security, and system groups.
  4. Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
  5. Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users.
  6. Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware.
  • Experience with desktop operating systems including Microsoft and Mac OS X.
  • Extensive application support experience.
  • Working knowledge of diagnostic utilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
