Job description

Location : Toronto, ON

Start Date : July 2, 2025 (subject to slight change)

Duration : Up to 5 years

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours / day (8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch)

We’re hiring experienced Deskside Support Technicians for a long-term, onsite opportunity. If you have strong troubleshooting skills, enjoy hands-on technical support, and are comfortable in a client-facing environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software incidents

Provide desktop support for standard systems and devices

Apply software fixes and perform virus remediation

Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) desktop hardware and peripherals

Reload standard images and update asset information

Support equipment setups, relocations, and basic user orientations

Requirements :

Proven experience in deskside or IT support roles

Familiarity with imaging, hardware configuration, and ticketing systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

This is an onsite role with no remote work option.
