Job summary

Adecco is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.

Pay is $22 per hour. Shifts are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a temporary full-time contract and a path toward ongoing employment for the right fit. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and reside in Canada.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience is an asset.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Reliable, organized, and punctual.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English or Spanish
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and repackage products accurately.
• Process orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Prepare shipments and ensure orders meet quality standards.
• Support inventory counts and stock verification activities.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Wrap pallets and prepare skids for shipping.
• Match shipping documentation and verify product accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures, policies, and safety regulations.
• Support team goals and assist with additional warehouse duties as required.
