Major releases occur every fall, with smaller updates throughout the year. If you are a pixel-perfect visual designer who loves the latest 'it product', this is the role for you.

As a Designer, you are a user experience-oriented visual designer comfortable developing innovative marketing campaigns for new product launches. You’ll work closely with creative and technical teams to craft elegant design solutions for our client’s homepage and other platforms, adhering to brand principles and style guidelines, with a systematic design rationale.

You will:

  • Collaborate with Art Directors and teams to explore concepts and iterate on layouts.
  • Prepare optimized files and presentation materials for reviews.
  • Guide ideas to meet creative and business objectives.
  • Present and articulate design rationales persuasively.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and proper file preparation.
  • Review final deliverables meticulously for quality.
  • Seek opportunities to improve design thinking and workflows.

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of web, mobile, or app visual design experience.
  • Proficiency in typography, layout, and design elements.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality designs quickly.
  • Expertise in Photoshop, with strong file organization and standards adherence.
  • Good judgment and proactive collaboration skills.
  • Passion for team relationships, mentorship, and alignment around a shared vision.
  • Strong communication skills for both creative and technical audiences.
  • Prototyping skills to demonstrate interactive behaviors.
  • Understanding of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and iOS.
  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Sketch, including pixel-perfect file preparation.

What We Offer:

  • Additional days for maternity and parental leave
