Job description

We create applications that drive one of the world’s most trafficked websites. We actively help our clients connect with their consumers globally through mobile, digital, and in-store experiences.

This team focuses on bringing new product pages to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product landing pages, showcasing new product versions and updates. Major releases occur every fall, with smaller updates throughout the year. If you are a pixel-perfect visual designer who loves the latest products, this role is for you.

As a Designer, you are a user experience-oriented visual designer. You will develop innovative marketing campaigns that incorporate all communication disciplines for new product launches. You’ll work closely with creative and technical teams to create thoughtful and elegant designs for our client’s homepage and other platforms. You understand brand principles and style guidelines and value systematic design rationale.

You will:

  • Create original designs aligned with project goals and creative direction, including fluid templates that meet high standards.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Associate Creative Directors, and the project team to explore concepts, iterate on layouts, and solve design challenges.
  • Prepare files and presentation materials for creative reviews.
  • Guide ideas to meet creative and business objectives within scope.
  • Present and articulate design rationales persuasively and clearly.
  • Consult with technical teams to ensure designs are feasible and files support the intended design.
  • Review final deliverables meticulously, ensuring flawless layout, images, and typography.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve design thinking and workflows.

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in visual design for web, mobile, or app design.
  • Proficiency in typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in Photoshop, including file organization, web setup, and adherence to standards.
  • Good judgment and initiative to collaborate and find solutions when work is off track.
  • Passion for mentoring, relationship-building, and team alignment.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating ideas to both creative and technical audiences.
  • Prototyping skills to convey motion and interactivity.
  • Understanding of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and iOS.
  • Experience with Figma, Photoshop, and Sketch, including preparing pixel-perfect files.

What We Offer:

  • Additional days off for maternity and parental leave
  • Competitive benefits
  • Support services for families and new parents
  • 13 affinity groups
  • Learning and development programs
  • Employee discounts
